We are South Africa’s best solution for the friction welded product. From hollow tubes to solid pipes, we can do it all.
FABRICATION, TURNING AND MILLING
Any metallic material, any shape or size
We offer the option of doing a complete turnkey solution of where we are able to supply the material and do any machining or fabrication of the components prior or post weld. We have an onsite machining facility with 12 CNC machines where we manufacture components of any size.
TESTING
Client satisfaction knowing what we supply, works.
We recommend destructive testing of sample components prior to commencing new work for the first time. This helps to ensure our quality is held to the utmost highest standard. We have a close partnership with an independent laboratory that handles all our testing, to ensure non-biased results which help keep the client at ease knowing the product is right.
