We offer the option of doing a complete turnkey solution of where we are able to supply the material and do any machining or fabrication of the components prior or post weld. We have an onsite machining facility with 12 CNC machines where we manufacture components of any size.

WHAT CAN WE MAKE?
At Manapp Industries we are able to offer a complete turnkey solution to your manufacturing needs, from CAD drawings to material sourcing to machining/fabrication to delivery. We primarily manufacture components for the railway and heavy industry sectors, where we are able to make use of our ability to efficiently deal with high quantity, highly repeatable tasks.
WHAT MATERIALS DO WE WORK WITH?
We are able to work with any material from from Nylon to Brass to Stainless Steel. Bring us your idea or requirement and we will make it.
DO WE HAVE SCALEABILITY?
With a total factory area of 3000m2 under roof, 9 CNC lathes with capacities ranging from 300mm in diameter to 1000mm in length, 1 CNC vertical lathe capable of machining objects up to 800mm in diameter and 4 CNC milling machine centres we are more than capable to handle pretty much anything.
